Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive the development of AI-powered credentialing products, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will own the product roadmap, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and engage with customers to enhance the product experience across complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap and backlog for a core area of the platform, contributing across product surfaces
• Partner with engineering and design to define solutions and ship iterative improvements quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with various teams to understand customer usage, identify product adaptations, and explore growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Direct experience building or shipping AI-powered products or integrations
• Experience working with APIs and complex system dependencies
• Practical proficiency using AI tools to enhance product management workflows
• Strong customer empathy with the ability to balance user needs and business priorities
