Job Summary

Driving the development of innovative freight products, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own key areas of the freight marketplace roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment based in Palo Alto, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Own the freight marketplace roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration
• Partner with customers to identify opportunities and validate solutions
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, data, operations, and commercial teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in freight, logistics, transportation technology, or related fields
• Proven track record of owning products from concept through launch with measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and operational complexities
• Experience leveraging AI to improve product discovery and customer insights
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
