Job Summary

Leading the development of the Pulse suite of real-time OR efficiency products, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage strategic vision and roadmap evolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution and shape the future of the real-time platform for surgical teams
• Evaluate new opportunities within OR operations workflows and balance product roadmap with professional services
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in fast-moving, ambiguous domains
• Strong user research instincts with a proven track record of identifying high-leverage pain points
• Experience in mobile product development to facilitate real-time communication in the OR
• Data fluency to collaborate with data science and technical teams effectively
• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment, demonstrating self-management and adaptability
