Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on driving user engagement and satisfaction, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage a portfolio of SaaS products, overseeing product development from ideation to execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute customer-centric product strategies to enhance user engagement and retention
• Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and addressing roadblocks
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design leadership to align on timelines, vision, and risks

Required qualifications:

• BS degree or higher in a related field
• 8+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of developing product vision and strategy
• Strong business acumen and ability to relate product metrics to business outcomes
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on customer-focused strategies
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and secure buy-in on product strategies
