Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy for the ActiveProspect platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, drive product direction, and deliver solutions that enhance business value in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for lead management, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Translate customer insights into actionable product strategies and maintain a deep understanding of market trends
• Drive execution and high-quality delivery in partnership with engineering and design teams while managing prioritization across stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, Marketing Tech, or Lead Management environments
• Proven track record of executing impactful product launches and managing product roadmaps
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in defining metrics and working with financial models
• Hands-on experience with go-to-market strategy, including pricing and packaging
• Experience with AI tools and customer research methodologies is a plus
