Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy for the ActiveProspect platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define product direction, and deliver solutions that drive measurable business value in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for lead management and distribution, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Translate customer insights into actionable strategies and feature development while maintaining a deep understanding of market trends
• Drive high-quality delivery in partnership with engineering and design, ensuring successful product launches and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, Marketing Tech, or Lead Management environments
• Proven track record in executing product launches that impact business outcomes
• Experience building and optimizing web-based applications with complex UI workflows
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with financial models and performance dashboards
• Hands-on experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies, including pricing and packaging
