Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the growth and performance of the Kits AI product line, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own product strategy, identify high-impact opportunities, and leverage AI tools to enhance workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own product growth and performance across funnel optimization, activation, retention, pricing, and monetization for Kits AI
• Drive product strategy by launching initiatives that enhance business performance and user engagement
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through user research, analytics, and automated insight systems

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced, consumer or creator-facing environment
• Proven track record of driving growth and product quality through strategic initiatives
• Experience with AI- or ML-powered products and collaboration with research and engineering teams
• Fluency in funnel analysis and product analytics, with familiarity using platforms like Amplitude
• Strong ability to navigate from ambiguous opportunities to delivered products independently
