Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will lead cross-functional efforts to support large-scale application modernization initiatives for federal government systems, ensuring products meet scope, schedule, and delivery goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with modernization objectives and stakeholder priorities
• Serve as a primary liaison between Product Owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate strategic goals into actionable outcomes
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and UX designers to define product requirements and facilitate Agile ceremonies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical product manager in an Agile development environment
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence for product management
• Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., POPM, PSPO, CSPO)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a High-Risk Public Trust designation
