Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical tech company, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will own the product roadmap, write detailed product requirements documents, and build the product management system from scratch to enhance patient retention and provider efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the full product roadmap across various product surfaces, focusing on patient retention and provider efficiency
• Write comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs) that include clear problem statements, user stories, and success metrics
• Introduce and manage the product management system, ensuring clarity and velocity for the engineering team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2 years in a high-growth startup with end-to-end roadmap ownership
• A portfolio of well-crafted PRDs demonstrating user-centered design and measurable outcomes
• Experience in shipping features that significantly impacted user engagement, retention, or workflow efficiency
• Hands-on experience with modern project management tools such as Linear or Jira
• Familiarity with healthtech or clinical operations, with a strong understanding of AI applications in product development
