Job Summary

Owning the roadmap for core platform capabilities, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage workflow, user and access management, and shared front-end experiences in a remote role, focusing on scalability and cross-module leverage while driving product strategy for AI-native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for core platform capabilities with a focus on scalability and cross-module leverage
• Make prioritization decisions that balance user needs, technical investment, and business goals
• Engage directly with customers to validate problems and test solutions, ensuring a deep understanding of compliance team workflows

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience in platform-oriented roles within B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered capabilities such as intelligent workflows and automation
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks like GDPR and HIPAA
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, compliance buyers, and executive stakeholders
• Experience in Ethics, Compliance, GRC, Security, or Legal Tech solutions is a plus
