Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Product Manager working remotely, the candidate will drive product strategy and roadmap, lead complex initiatives, and optimize product performance to enhance platforms for veterinary clinics and pet parents.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy for key areas of the platform, translating company goals and customer insights into a prioritized roadmap
• Oversee large, cross-functional projects from discovery through launch, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable impact
• Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze product performance trends, and lead initiatives to improve adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes

Required qualifications

• A four-year college degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, manage multi-quarter roadmaps, and lead discovery efforts
• Strong track record of setting long-term product vision and making principled tradeoffs aligned with company objectives
• Advanced analytical capabilities with experience defining KPIs and using data analytics tools to inform prioritization
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment
