Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of an AI-powered claims decision support platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the product roadmap, drive AI product strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions for the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Product Roadmap by developing, prioritizing, and maintaining it based on customer feedback and business priorities
• Lead AI Product Development by guiding the evolution of the recommendation engine and defining product improvements
• Gather & Translate Customer Feedback by partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities and transform insights into actionable enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, including ownership of customer-facing software products
• At least 3 years of experience building and launching AI or machine learning products in production environments
• Hands-on experience with modern generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering and model evaluation methodologies
• Experience working within or alongside insurance claims organizations, such as Workers' Compensation or Property & Casualty
