Job Summary

Owning significant product areas end-to-end, the full-time salaried Senior Product Manager will shape strategy, drive delivery, and influence the roadmap for a Salesforce-native suite while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key product areas, prioritizing outcomes based on customer needs and market trends
• Lead cross-functional teams through the discovery and delivery of complex product initiatives, ensuring alignment and removing blockers
• Act as the primary product voice in stakeholder engagements, leading customer discovery interviews and communicating product direction to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Solid experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment with a proven track record of delivering complex product areas
• Strong strategic thinking and execution abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives and engaging with customers
• Experience using product analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes
• Fluency and enthusiasm for AI, with a proactive approach to improving products and processes
