Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the product strategy and delivery for Medallion data products, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage multiple business unit engagements, actively prototype AI capabilities, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful adoption of data-driven solutions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle execution from discovery to delivery for assigned data products and AI workflows
• Manage 2-3 concurrent business unit engagements, leading structured discovery and enabling self-service data product adoption
• Drive cross-functional leadership by advising teams on data product and AI workflow matters while establishing standards for data governance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or technical experience with a relevant Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on experience building or prototyping AI agents and workflows
• Fluency with AI development and productivity tools
• Technical depth to partner with engineering on architecture and contribute to building data products
• SQL proficiency and familiarity with data models and quality evaluation
