Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

As the Senior Product Manager for Fastpath Assure, the full-time remote position will drive product strategy and execution for governance, compliance, and access management, focusing on enhancing customer outcomes and market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for Fastpath Assure, covering governance, compliance, and audit functionalities
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through execution and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic business outcomes and improve customer adoption and retention

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, governance, GRC, IAM, IGA, compliance, or enterprise security
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk, compliance (GRC), and access controls
• Experience with enterprise applications such as Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce
• Proven ability to independently manage product areas and execute roadmap strategy in complex environments
