Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive product strategy and execution for core applications, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead the development of tools that support scientists in their workflows, focusing on user impact and AI integration, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for core product areas, prioritizing based on user impact and competitive dynamics
• Lead end-to-end product development, from problem definition through launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to deliver high-quality, intuitive workflows that enhance user experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Experience in science-focused vertical SaaS
• Strong ability to translate complex user needs into prioritized product roadmaps
• Comfort with prototyping in design or code to validate concepts
• AI-native mindset with a strong understanding of AI product behaviors
