Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of a business formation and management platform, the remote Senior Product Manager will own new product and platform development, drive product discovery and delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead 0-to-1 product discovery and delivery, taking new service offerings from hypothesis through customer validation and scaled launch
• Identify and evaluate new product and service opportunities across the customer journey, informing what to build next
• Optimize and scale the core platform to support new use cases and exponential customer growth

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in product management with a strong track record of building 0-1 products
• Experience designing and launching workflow automations or operational tooling that improve throughput at scale
• Deep empathy for small business users and experience designing products for SMBs or individual business owners
• Comfortable with SQL and product analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Amplitude
• Data-driven with the ability to define and track performance metrics to inform decisions
