Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-oriented, the remote contract Senior Product Manager will define, build, and improve cloud infrastructure products while managing customer discovery, requirements, prioritization, and collaboration with engineering and customer-facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own product discovery with cloud service providers, MSPs, and technical users to translate market requirements into clear product specifications
• Prioritize roadmap items based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value while working directly with engineering on delivery plans
• Analyze competitors and market trends to support product positioning, launch planning, and follow-through on product adoption and improvements

Required qualifications

• Product management experience with cloud infrastructure, virtualization, or related technical products
• Strong hands-on ownership mindset with the ability to write requirements and engage directly with customers and engineers
• Experience prioritizing roadmaps and making product decisions amidst competing needs
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in using data and customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Clear written communication skills for documenting product problems, requirements, and decisions
