Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative features for the Amex Passport product, the full-time Senior Product Manager will conduct market research, define customer experiences, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance engagement across travel, dining, and entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of new Amex Passport features to drive Card Member engagement
• Explore and implement AI-enabled capabilities to enhance personalization and user experiences
• Conduct market research to identify product opportunities and translate insights into clear requirements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management or related fields
• Experience managing consumer-facing digital products from concept to launch
• Strong ability to define UI/UX flows and customer journeys
• Familiarity with AI, emerging technologies, and Web3 concepts
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
