Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing initiative, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define and manage the Lighthouse strategy and operating model, focusing on delivering a differentiated customer experience for multi-location restaurant groups while working remotely from anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Lighthouse strategy, including ideal customer profile, value proposition, and success metrics
• Build and enhance the customer experience across pre-sale, launch, and ongoing delivery phases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the product roadmap and implement multi-location capabilities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Builder mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and prototype quickly
• Technically fluent, capable of reading code and collaborating with engineering teams
• Experience in rapid prototyping using tools like AI, SQL, Figma, or no-code solutions
• Strong customer focus with a proven track record of translating customer needs into product direction
