Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the data validation roadmap for invoice processing, the full-time Senior Product Manager will work in a hybrid capacity to enhance accuracy and efficiency while collaborating with ML engineering and data science teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for data validation across the invoice lifecycle, focusing on improving straight-through processing while maintaining accuracy
• Define platform confidence reasoning, determining when to auto-process or flag for review, and design the human-in-the-loop validation experience
• Collaborate with ML and data science teams to enhance extraction and GL-inference model performance through defined metrics and feedback loops

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with data, ML, or automation products
• Ability to work effectively with data scientists and ML engineers, understanding extraction and classification problems
• Strong sense of human-in-the-loop product design, balancing automation with human judgment
• Analytical rigor in measuring data quality and driving product decisions based on metrics
• Experience with B2B SaaS, particularly in fintech, AP/AR, or document processing
