Job Summary

Driving the expansion of Compass AI, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will execute the product roadmap, lead discovery with institutional customers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI-powered tools that enhance student outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute against the Compass AI product roadmap, translating strategic direction into actionable work
• Lead structured discovery with customers to validate hypotheses and identify unmet needs for AI solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define clear, actionable work and maintain visibility on project progress

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with experience in complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Direct experience with AI/ML products, particularly in enterprise or SaaS contexts
• Familiarity with higher education or edtech environments is a plus
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort managing multiple AI initiatives simultaneously
• Deep understanding of the AI landscape and its implications for product development
