Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Originations product area end-to-end, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will drive product strategy and execution for loan origination processes, managing integrations, allocation logic, and bank partner onboarding while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single-threaded product owner for originator integrations, allocation logic, and bank partner onboarding
• Develop deep expertise in the originator ecosystem to drive strategy for expanding the network of originating bank partners
• Define success metrics for origination products and ensure data quality in the Funding ETL

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, lending, payments, or financial services
• Proven track record of launching complex, cross-functional products at scale
• Experience designing and owning platform products with operational SLAs
• Solid technical fluency in system design, APIs, and data pipelines
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
