Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the growth of commercial products, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will lead a dedicated engineering team, shape the product roadmap, and ensure the delivery of high-value initiatives through effective experimentation and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the product team's roadmap and establish operational rhythms for a distributed team
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, while managing a disciplined experimentation cycle
• Engage with stakeholders to report on delivery impact, aligning shipped work with revenue and engagement metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping web and/or mobile products
• Client-facing experience with the ability to translate client needs into actionable team direction
• Proven delivery leadership in managing productive, aligned teams across time zones
• Experience with growth and conversion strategies, including A/B testing and funnel optimization
• Technical fluency in working with engineers, including knowledge of APIs and analytics; experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
