Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and monetization of billable add-on services, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the entire lifecycle of services and marketplace offerings in a remote capacity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the discovery, definition, and roadmap for Decisiv's portfolio of billable add-on services
• Lead the full service investment lifecycle, including build-vs-partner decisions and ongoing P&L performance
• Define and manage pricing strategies for add-on services, ensuring profitability and competitive positioning

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on revenue-generating services
• Proven P&L ownership and financial acumen related to service profitability and pricing model definition
• Experience in developing SaaS pricing strategies, including subscription and usage-based models
• Demonstrated success in managing third-party partnerships and contract negotiations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
