Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving payment optimization and compliance, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead the payments strategy, manage vendor partnerships, and oversee the product roadmap for a modern fintech platform in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the payments and treasury roadmap, focusing on metrics optimization and system innovation
• Identify and mitigate regulatory risks in customer funding and payments while partnering with Legal/Compliance
• Manage relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and processors to influence commercial outcomes and ensure service level agreements are met

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in payments, fintech, or financial services
• Strong working knowledge of payment processing fundamentals and regulatory concepts in the U.S
• Proven ability to build and drive a multi-quarter product roadmap with a focus on innovation
• Experience managing vendor relationships and influencing commercial outcomes
• Ability to produce concise, data-driven communications on complex financial topics
