Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading product initiatives in healthcare enrollment, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and release execution
• Lead initiatives focused on healthcare enrollment processes, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory needs
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize backlog and maintain product quality across releases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 5-8+ years of product management experience, preferably in an Agile environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare member enrollment processes and benefits administration
• Experience in translating technical concepts into clear business requirements
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including offshore team members
