Job Summary
Owning the post-signup product roadmap, the full-time Senior Product Manager will enhance the patient experience by managing digital engagement and physical care journeys in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the post-signup product strategy, collaborating with engineering and design teams to improve patient engagement
- Drive lab completion rates and ensure seamless synchronization between patients and providers for controlled-substance protocols
- Analyze and define key metrics related to retention and lifetime value, utilizing insights to inform product decisions and reduce patient churn
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on consumer retention or post-purchase surfaces
- Experience in telehealth, healthcare, or a regulated consumer category, with a proven ability to navigate compliance constraints
- Demonstrated success in improving retention or LTV metrics, with specific examples of strategies that worked
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data tools like Looker and Amplitude
- Experience collaborating with operational and clinical stakeholders in addition to engineering and design teams
