Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving revenue through strategic and technical solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager - Monetization will support content and audience monetization initiatives across the USA TODAY Network, collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience and manage monetization platforms remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support content and audience monetization initiatives by delivering scalable technical solutions that drive revenue
• Define and lead the strategic vision and KPIs for significant growth in content monetization
• Provide operational and technical support for content syndication, licensing, and internal monetization systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in technical product management or a comparable role in digital, media, or revenue platforms
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations
• Proven experience operating in Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint planning
