Job Summary

Leading product strategy and execution for a new assessment platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will develop a scalable, customer-centered solution while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a 12 to 18 month product roadmap for the assessment platform
• Define a 3-year product strategy and vision for assessment development across new use cases
• Lead customer discovery and foundational user research to validate assumptions and shape product direction

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of product delivery
• Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution
• Expertise in user research and user-centered design principles
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Asana, and Tableau
