Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for the external API ecosystem, the full-time salaried Senior Product Manager will manage API design standards, enhance developer experiences, and collaborate with partners to drive integrations that deliver business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the strategy for the external API ecosystem, ensuring high standards for design and functionality
• Shape the external developer experience through effective documentation, onboarding, and support mechanisms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement strategic integrations that address customer needs

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical or platform products, particularly with external or public-facing APIs
• Technical expertise in system design, integration patterns, and API-specific concerns like versioning and authentication
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to design for scalability and longevity
• Ability to operate across technical and commercial stakeholders, translating needs into a coherent technical roadmap
• Fluency with data to define metrics and prioritize decisions related to the API lifecycle
