Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance AI-powered Rewards and Benefits experiences for Amex Card Members, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage product strategy, partner collaboration, and data governance while working closely with engineering teams and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to apply emerging technologies for AI-facilitated Membership experiences
• Define product features, user stories, and roadmaps while balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with data governance principles while evaluating LLM-based experiences for accuracy and personalization

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product development/management or software engineering, particularly in AI or financial services
• Strong knowledge of third-party integration technologies such as OAuth and SDKs
• Experience with customer research methods and a deep understanding of rewards or membership platforms
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
• Curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to navigate between strategic and detailed tasks
