Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the Data & Analytics team, the full-time Senior Product Manager will shape and execute data product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful analytics and reporting solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Champion iterative value by prioritizing and delivering data and analytics deliverables using agile methods
• Lead discovery efforts to engage stakeholders and clarify their data needs
• Drive execution by collaborating with engineering teams to develop and refine analytics deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience in product management or data-focused roles, preferably in healthcare
• Proven success in shipping data products in an agile environment
• Strong SQL and analytical skills, with experience in relational databases and dashboarding platforms
• Experience gathering requirements and creating testable acceptance criteria
