Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of a nonprofit CRM, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the product vision and roadmap, focusing on data modeling, segmentation, and enhancing communication strategies to empower nonprofits in managing their supporter relationships remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the CRM vision and roadmap, translating strategy into a sequenced plan with measurable outcomes
• Advise on and execute a data model evolution strategy to enhance supporter and communication data management
• Enable powerful segmentation and filtering capabilities for nonprofits to enhance data-informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with B2B SaaS products
• Strong understanding of data models and experience with data migrations
• Experience with mass communication tools and their measurement
• Proven track record in building data-heavy B2B SaaS products
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
