Job Summary

Leading product management initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Staff Product Manager will coach a team of product managers, enhance product execution, and align cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop product managers, fostering their growth into strategic leaders
• Set standards for product discovery, planning, execution, and measurement
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other departments to align priorities and deliver results

Required qualifications

• Significant product management experience, including leading or managing product managers
• Proven track record in coaching and developing product management talent
• Strong customer discovery and validation skills
• Experience in fast-paced environments, supporting enterprise customers
• Strong product fundamentals in roadmap development, prioritization, and execution
