Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and roadmap for core maintenance workflows, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will drive the vision of a connected maintenance system, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance user experiences and streamline fleet operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product strategy and roadmap for maintenance tools and automations, ensuring a customer-driven evolution of the maintenance experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that automate coordination and control costs for fleets
• Continuously generate and test hypotheses to iterate on product features, balancing reliability with the pace of delivering new value

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B technology-driven SaaS environments
• BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field
• Proven track record of owning complex, workflow-heavy products
• Strong knowledge of product management best practices and data fluency
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaborations effectively
