Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading product lifecycle initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define product requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop roadmaps for technical execution, either from the San Francisco office or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, partnering with business and engineering teams
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into user stories
• Ensure product documentation is current and accessible while developing a deep understanding of customer experience

Required qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a FinTech environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience in the solar or clean energy industry
• Intellectual curiosity and strong business analytical skills
