Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the vision and strategy for emergency communications solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the product lifecycle for Wireline and VoIP services, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for emergency communications solutions
• Engage with industry stakeholders to gather requirements and monitor market trends
• Lead cross-functional teams through product development, launch, and lifecycle management activities

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in telecommunications or public safety communications
• Experience managing wireline, VoIP, or mission-critical communications products
• Strong understanding of Wireline 911, VoIP emergency services, and NG911 architecture
• Familiarity with FCC regulations and NENA standards
• Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
