Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and highly technical Senior Product Manager for a full-time remote position, who will manage client engagement and define the integrated strategy for the CODA software platform, ensuring seamless adoption and scalability in complex production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-value client engagement as the product partner, aligning client needs with engineering roadmaps
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Support, and Software Development for scalable solutions
• Define and govern client deployment strategies, focusing on platform adoption to address systemic production challenges

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management in media or creative tech sectors
• Extensive knowledge of digital media ecosystems and complex content solutions, including immersive audio technologies
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, API integrations, and Linux environments, with basic scripting skills preferred
• Proven ability to manage high-pressure client engagements and translate complex challenges into product features
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sound Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
