Job Summary

Owning the GRC Platform strategy and roadmap, the full-time Senior Product Manager will develop core platform capabilities and features for Vanta's GRC product, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through AI-driven solutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the GRC Platform strategy and roadmap, delivering essential platform features for customer use
• Translate complex problems into prioritized product goals and collaborate with stakeholders for high-quality execution
• Drive AI-first product redesigns and facilitate the transition from legacy systems to modern workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a platform role at a B2B SaaS company
• Proven track record of building shared capabilities adopted by multiple teams
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills to influence and align diverse teams
• Technical depth in backend infrastructure, API standards, and data model decisions
• Experience working with enterprise customers and translating their feedback into platform priorities
