Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and roadmap, the full-time Senior Product Manager will focus on NEMT fulfillment and network automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and member access to care in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for NEMT fulfillment and network automation solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to translate complex challenges into scalable product capabilities
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and prioritize improvements in fulfillment and network performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Over ten years of progressive product management experience in enterprise software or healthcare technology
• Proven experience leading cross-functional product initiatives from strategy through delivery
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and measure KPIs and product success metrics
• Experience with API integrations and data-driven product development
