Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution for customer funding solutions, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will minimize payment processing costs, enhance the funding experience for immigrants, and oversee the migration to a new pay-in platform across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap for customer funding experiences across Sendwave and WorldRemit
• Identify, evaluate, and launch new pay-in methods in all Zepz send markets
• Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with international financial regulations

Required qualifications

• Proven product management experience in fintech or payments with knowledge of the global pay-in landscape
• A track record of shipping high-quality payment flows with measurable impact on conversion and success rates
• Data-savviness with technical background and analytics skills, including SQL proficiency
• Experience working asynchronously in a remote team environment
• Clear communication skills for making complex tradeoffs collaboratively
