Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning one or more product areas end to end, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive customer discovery in procurement workflows, define and prioritize the product roadmap, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep customer discovery to identify unmet needs in procurement and sourcing
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with Customer Success and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and effective rollout of product features

Required qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize customer signals
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of articulating clear problem statements and business cases
• Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams without relying on authority
• Proactive and self-directed approach to driving projects forward
• A user- and outcome-driven mindset focused on solving real procurement problems
