Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Passionate about AI and customer outcomes, the remote Senior Product Manager will lead the adoption and optimization of Varicent's AI portfolio, ensuring measurable customer and business value through strategic programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy for AI adoption, optimization, and value realization across existing and newly launched capabilities
• Design and lead structured customer adoption programs to assess product effectiveness and drive measurable value
• Define and track adoption and product health metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams to inform roadmap decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI products
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience owning product strategy and execution for complex product areas
• Strong familiarity with emerging AI concepts and practices
• Experience managing post-launch products, including customer feedback synthesis and iterative improvements
