Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive revenue and user growth for NGL, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define product strategy and roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally, and analyze performance metrics in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap to enhance user engagement and monetization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of the product strategy and successful feature rollout
• Analyze user data and performance metrics to drive product iteration and inform business strategy

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Product roles for social/community mobile apps
• Proven track record of driving revenue and product growth in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience with A/B testing and maintaining a structured experimentation backlog
• Strong background in using qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Monetization, Design, and Data teams
