Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To build the control plane for Apollo's rep organization, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage permissions, roles, admin workflows, and governance structures in a remote environment, ensuring enterprise readiness and enhancing customer trust.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for governance access across the rep organization, including permissions and territory assignments
• Develop a standard permission model to streamline admin experiences and enhance user control
• Identify and eliminate blockers to enterprise readiness, influencing revenue growth and reducing deal friction

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with ownership from strategy to launch
• Experience with upmarket GTM tooling and enterprise-level products, particularly in sales tech or CRM systems
• Strong understanding of permissions, governance, and multi-tenant systems
• Proven track record of delivering impactful outcomes and simplifying complex systems
• High comfort level with ambiguity and a proactive approach to solving unowned problems
