Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Strategically leading product initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the product strategy for Production Shipping, drive enterprise customer success for over 400 strategic accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for Production Shipping, defining roadmaps across various verticals
• Drive enterprise customer success, ensuring retention and alignment with roadmap priorities
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver commitments on time

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of enterprise product management experience, including 3+ years in logistics or shipping tech
• Deep domain expertise in production shipping workflows and multi-location fulfillment
• Vertical knowledge in at least one segment (pharma, retail, 3PL, manufacturing)
• Experience with full product lifecycle ownership, including research and launch
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
