Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the vision and strategy for the Flex marketplace in a fully remote, full-time role, responsible for managing product initiatives from discovery to launch while utilizing data and insights to drive improvements in user experience and marketplace dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of the Flex marketplace
• Own major product initiatives, ensuring high-quality PRDs and cross-functional alignment
• Use product data and customer insights to identify and prioritize high-value problems to solve

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in startup, marketplace, SaaS, or technology environments
• Experience managing product areas from discovery through launch and iteration
• Strong product judgment with the ability to define clear problems and success criteria
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate user needs and marketplace health
• Strong technical communication skills to effectively partner with engineering teams
