Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of the organization, multiple full-time Senior Product Managers will own product roadmaps, conduct user research, and collaborate with design and engineering teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's product roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders to determine priorities and timelines
• Conduct user interviews, market analysis, and competitive research to inform product decisions
• Facilitate asynchronous product work and drive decision-making while keeping team members engaged

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping web applications in a tech company
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a growth-stage startup
• Strong product intuition and the ability to develop a prioritized roadmap from a backlog of ideas
• Technical fluency and design judgment to effectively collaborate with designers and engineers
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates, with a focus on understanding their challenges
