Job Summary

Driving product strategy and outcomes, the full-time Senior Product Manager will develop and implement the product vision for a remote team, focusing on enhancing user experience and simplifying short-term rental management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive outcomes and own results for multi-million dollar business lines
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to shape product requirements and features
• Collaborate with sales, customer support, and engineering to successfully launch new features

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, real estate, or hospitality software
• Proven track record of end-to-end product and feature development
• Exceptional written communication skills with a strong ability to articulate customer concerns
• High degree of empathy for both customers and team members
• Self-motivated and capable of making decisions amid uncertainty
